These cover the website itself. The work I do for clients is governed by the written quote and agreement you sign — that document wins over anything here.
Written in plain language by the person who runs this site, not by an attorney. It describes what this website actually does today. If you need something more formal for a contract, ask me and I'll get it drafted properly.
The prices on this site
- Every price published here is real and current, and I intend to honor it. Prices can change for future work; the price on your written quote is the one that binds, and it doesn't move after you accept it.
- Response times, uptime figures and load-time numbers on this site are targets and commitments described in plain language. What you can hold me to is what's written into your agreement.
- The founding-ten offer is limited and I can end it at any time.
What this site is and isn't
- It's information about services. It isn't an offer that forms a contract, and nothing here is legal, financial, or medical advice.
- Industry pages describe how these tools generally work in that line of business. They're not a promise about your specific situation.
- I try to keep everything accurate and current. If you find something wrong, tell me and I'll fix it.
