Everything else people ask.
The longer answers. The essentials live on the pricing page.
How long does a build take, week by week?
Launch is about 2 weeks, Complete about 3, and Multi-City 4 to 6 depending on page count. It goes: a visit and your price before we start, design and words in Week 1, build and AI training in Weeks 2–3, and a supervised launch in Week 4.
Is there a discount for bundling?
Any website plus any two AI assistants takes 10% off the project total.
What does the AI assistant actually do?
It depends which one. The 24/7 assistant answers questions about your services, pricing, hours, and service area and books jobs, handing leads to you by text with the full conversation attached. Others text back missed calls within 60 seconds, take job details overnight and draft an estimate for 7am, ask finished jobs for a Google review, or handle office work like scheduling and quote follow-ups.
What's included with every AI assistant?
Training on your services, prices, policies, and tone. The rules, in writing. A two-week supervised launch. A monthly check-up where I read the conversations and adjust it, as part of your plan. And the cost of running the AI is inside the monthly fee at normal volumes — you're never charged per message.
Which monthly plan should I pick?
Care fits a site that mostly needs to exist, stay healthy, and answer the phone. Growth is right for most — the local SEO, the new pages, and the monthly tuning are what compound. Partner is for businesses where the website and AI are actively how you win work.
Is the AI's monthly fee on top of the plan, or in it?
In it. Your plan covers the monthly fee for any assistant billed at $95/mo or less — the 24/7 assistant, the missed-call texter, and the review one. The two larger ones bill the difference: overnight job details adds $55/mo and the office-work assistant adds $155/mo over the included allowance, and I show you that number before you sign. Care and Growth include one assistant; Partner includes two. The one-time setup is always quoted separately.
How fast do you respond when something breaks?
In writing, business hours Monday to Friday: 2 business days on Care, next business day on Growth, same day on Partner. The emergency line for a site down, AI misbehaving, or a security event is best effort on Care and a 4-hour response on Growth, including weekends on Partner.
What are the uptime and backup commitments?
A 99.9% uptime target across managed hosting, a page-load target under 2 seconds on every managed site, and daily backups kept 30 days and restorable on request. Uptime monitoring runs 24/7 on every plan — I usually know it's down before you do.
What if I need changes after launch?
Every website includes 30 days of free changes after launch. After that, content changes are part of your plan: on Care, 2 requests a month at up to 15 minutes each; on Growth, 90 minutes a month; on Partner, 4 hours. Anything past that is $95/hr and I quote it before I start — you'll never get a surprise charge.
What counts as a small edit?
Swapping hours, prices, photos, or staff. Adding a service to a list. Fixing a typo, updating a phone number, posting a seasonal notice. What doesn't: a new page, a new template, a redesign, or anything that needs new writing. Those are quoted at $95/hr, or they're what the New pages allowance on the higher plans is for.
Do unused hours roll over?
No. The allowance is per month and resets — that's what keeps the price flat instead of me tracking a balance for you. If you know a big month is coming, tell me and we'll plan it rather than burn the allowance.
What if my site wasn't built by you?
It goes through Takeover & Cleanup first — $950 to $1,500 one-time, quoted after I look at it. Audit, security pass, speed work, backups with a tested restore, analytics, and Google Business Profile cleanup. I can't hold a response time or an uptime target on code I've never seen, so this isn't optional. After that, any plan applies at its normal rate.
Who owns the hosting account?
You do. Domain, hosting, analytics, Google Business Profile, and the AI accounts are all registered in your name from day one — I'm added as a user, not the owner. If you leave, I remove myself and nothing breaks. There's no account to pry loose from me.
Do you work outside Greater Orlando?
The focus is Orlando, Clermont, Winter Garden, Windermere, Kissimmee, and the Four Corners area, because visits are done in person. Ask if you're just outside it.
Who actually does the work?
One person. No account managers, no support tickets disappearing overseas — the person who builds your system is the person who answers when you call.
What happens on the first call?
A free 30-minute visit, at your business or on a call, to learn how work actually comes in. You get a one-page price within 48 hours whether or not you hire me.
The essentials — prices, ownership, the bus question — live on the pricing page.
Ten Orlando businesses. Then the price goes up.
I'm building an Orlando portfolio, so the first ten get $500 off any build, plus 3 months of Care ($149/mo) free. It starts with a free 30-minute visit — and a one-page price in 48 hours either way.
If the work you're missing adds up to less than my prices, don't hire me — I'll tell you so at the visit, free.
