Someone whose job it is to keep your website working.
Most web guys build a site and disappear. Most agencies bill you monthly for a report nobody reads. This is the third option: one number, published response times, and a person who answers.
One flat monthly fee. Everything stays fast, secure, and answered.
This is the part most web guys skip and most agencies overcharge for. One number covers the infrastructure, the security, the changes, and your AI assistant's monthly fee — with response times in writing. Month to month, cancel anytime, and everything transfers to you cleanly if you go.
On every plan, no exceptions
- Managed hosting, SSL & domain management
- Daily backups, patching & malware monitoring
- 24/7 uptime monitoring — I usually know it's down before you do
- Anything past your monthly allowance: $95/hr, always quoted before I start
- 0 lock-in — cancel any month, full handoff of files, accounts & passwords

Call or text (503) 385-3598What counts as a small edit
The phrase most managed plans hide behind. Here it is, in writing.
Inside your allowance
- Hours, prices, photos, staff changes
- Adding a service to an existing list
- Typos, phone numbers, seasonal notices
- Swapping out a form field or a link
Quoted separately
- A new page or a new template
- A redesign, or a new section of the site
- Anything needing new copy written
- A new AI deployment or a new integration
Past your allowance it's $95/hr, and I quote it before I start. You will never get a surprise line item — if a request is bigger than it looks, you hear the number first.
Takeover & Hardening
Before I put a site I didn't build on a managed plan, it gets audited and brought up to standard. That's not an upsell — it's the only way I can hold the response times and the uptime target on code I've never seen.
- Full audit: hosting, code, plugins, security history
- Security pass and a patched, monitored baseline
- Speed work against the under-2-second target
- Backups configured, and a restore actually tested
- Analytics and call tracking installed properly
- Google Business Profile cleanup and reconnection
After that, any managed plan applies at its normal rate.
A one-page report, automatically.
Not a 40-tab analytics export. One page you can read in two minutes, showing whether the thing you're paying for is working. Below is the shape of it.
- Uptime this monthAgainst the 99.9% target—
- Page load, slowest pageAgainst the under-2-second target—
- Calls from the websiteTracked numbers, by source—
- Form and quote requestsWith how fast each was answered—
- AI conversationsAnd how many became booked work—
- After-hours jobs capturedWork that would have gone to voicemail—
- Search visibilityMovement on the terms that matter locally—
- Everything I changedEvery edit, patch, and page, itemised—
Every figure on it comes from instrumentation, not from me typing a number into a template. If a claim can't be measured, it isn't on the report.
The boring work, done on a schedule.
Backups are tested, not just taken
A backup nobody has restored is a hope, not a backup. Every managed site gets a verified restore test each quarter, and the result is logged where you can see it.
Monitoring runs whether or not you're looking
Uptime checks around the clock, plus SSL and domain expiry alerts. Most of the time I know something is wrong before you do — that's the point of the plan.
Response times are in writing
Two business days, next business day, or same day depending on your plan, with a separate emergency path for a site down or a security event. In writing means you can hold me to it.
Speed is checked continuously
The under-2-second target is measured on a schedule, not claimed once at launch and forgotten. A regression is my problem to fix, not yours to notice.
How a takeover actually goes.
The look
I go through the hosting, the code, the plugins, and the security history, then quote the hardening. If the site is in better shape than expected, the quote goes down.
The hardening
Security pass, patches, speed work, backups configured and a restore actually tested. Analytics and call tracking installed properly, so next month's report has real numbers in it.
The handover
Accounts moved into your name with me added as a user. Google Business Profile cleaned up and reconnected. You get a written record of what was wrong and what changed.
The plan
Your managed plan starts at its normal rate. First report lands at the end of the following month.
$500 off any build, plus 3 months of Care Plus on me.
I'm taking ten local businesses at founding pricing to build the Orlando portfolio. It starts with a free 30-minute walkthrough at your place of business — you get a one-page fixed quote within 48 hours, whether or not you hire me.
